All offers, contracts and agreements for the sale and delivery of goods and/or the rendering of services by us will be governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Heering Group B.V. called "Algemene Leveringsvoorwaarden van Heering Group BV" as filed with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Apeldoorn under no. 08125994. Upon your request we will send you a copy of said conditions free of charge.
